Hi all,
Anyone got any advice on this please
Removed the soldiers to see what was behind as windows being replaced. The soldiers were right up against the what I assume is a concrete lintel behind. If I'm to put an angle lintel back in it would make the course of bricks or soldiers stand proud, or do I just trim the backs off the bricks ?
I can't understand why they set the window height mid brick and not on the mortar line...
Or advise on what the best course would be I understand ill have to either drop window down a course or up a course.
Cheers

Trim the bearing bricks (save the cut piece and replace it) and trim the soldiers. Careful not to break the cavity tray.
