no they probably wouldnt because they dont want the right wing c**** using it to stir up trouble like Farage did last time leading to riots
Which means it starts to smell of double standards. All they had to say, is at this stage we believe it is not terror related and a man has been arrested.

The police announced the guy was white in to stop Mosks being burnt down. But it is only a matter of time before Far rage weaponises the incident for political gain.

Excellent point!

Didn't they do that for the Stockport stabbings?

After that there was reams of people saying that if they just identified the attacker then the far right race riots would have been avoided. The police think this approach will help avoid more far right rioting.

Yes, so surely this guy would have been a target for driving at crowds of supporters?

Or maybe you can't actually tell beforehand
Some act randomly with no warnings or planning. Some random nutjobs who are not affiliated to any terrorists are equally as dangerous.

All together now-

"It's not terror related"
"It's a mental health problem"

Actually, maybe this is one example that's not terror related. Admit it liberals, it's always a massive surprise when something like this is carried out by a white person.

I'm just glad they've made it much more difficult for the ROP to get hold of aeroplanes.

Are you suggesting that - all other conditions being the same - if the driver had been musslim the anti terror police would have shot him?
It was sarcasm, something I'm not suppose to have a capacity for. ;)

I think they'll have to having set this precedent. If they don't, people will make assumptions in the vacuum of information, like the did at the southport stabbings.

Unfortunately, the reality at the moment is most of the terrorism we hear about come from an Islamic source, so its not unreasonable for people to assume that something like yesterday's events will have come from the same source.

Its no different to the days of the IRA. If a bomb went off somewhere, the first assumption was that it was IRA related.
