Loft hatch

I need to install a loft ladder and suitable hatch.

My hatch opening is perhaps rather unusual, no search seems to come up with a size. The hatch would need to be 720x760mm, that's the fitting size, with the opening being that less the jamb.

Might I not be looking in the right place or would I need to take on the task of making my own?

I think you'll have to make your own hatch or make the existing opening smaller. Do you need it that big? Bear in mind if you make your own that'll be a rather heavy door to close.

Yes it's best left that big. Helps to get large things in and out.
