All uk homeowners or private tenants are alligible for cavity wall or loft insulation grants. these grants are 100% free for over 70's and for people on low wages(under £16k after tax and excluding benefits) and certain benefits,
tax credits or allowances. All others are still eligible for grants of between 40% and 70%.
