Looking for a rubber clamp with an eyelet.

Hi - I need a clamp that comes with an eyelet or some kind of fixing.

The clamp is to wrap around a 45-55mm diameter steel shaft (hollow) and it's important not to mark it so it should be rubber or padded.

I think wish to hook a caribena onto it so it needs some kind of eyelet.

Does this device have to solidly clamp onto the tubing, Mr. G or just slide?
If its just for location, maybe a 'P' Pipe clip would suffice.

A bit of innertube can be used to stop metal marking metal

Or use a flying strop with a specified loading
