Looking for a window hinge

I need an exact match hinge for wooden window. I know it's 2.5 inch wide. Anyone knows what this type of hinge is called and where can I get one? Thanks.

My hinge has a gape between the 2 hinge plates. Do the gaps come in standard sizes?

Never mind, looks like a very specialised hinge that will not be findable. It's a casement hinge with gap and different leaf sizes.
