Looking for someone to do plans & building regs work

Hi,
If this is in the wrong forum please move mod.
I am after someone to draw up plans & deal with building regs & party wall act for a loft conversion I am wanting to do in Leeds.
Any interest would be great.

You don't say whether you are the builder or the customer but an architect is your best option as they can take care of the whole paperwork side of things but there is nothing against you submitting your own drawings as long as they are to scale and have all the relevant info on them.

Agree with DAZB, if you can get together the relevant details you can submit yourself.

Otherwise I'd say get 3 decent quotations & proceed from there.
