Loose neck on kitchen mixer tap

The neck is loose on the mixer tap I have in the kitchen. It moves/wobbles back and forth.

Is there a way to tighten this or will I need a new tap?

O-rings possibly worn. Does it also leak from the neck swivel ?

Yes, it does leak a bit from the swivel. I changed the o-ring on the cold tap.

At the back of the neck theres a alan key r small flat head screw, try tighting this! Otherwise you will have loosen it and take the neck off and replace the two washers
