I have three Satellite boxes. All connected to same LNB. The Sky+ box with card gets all the channels I pay for and the old Sky box is in a bedroom and since it has no card has many channels which don't work and channel 101 has changed from BBC 1 Wales to BBC1 London.

However Channel 105 has vanished. I have looked for it in another location and no channel 5.

The free to sky box has Channel 5 so the LNB must be able to see it.

It took some finding but in the end I did find out how to receive Channel 5.

Seems there are two Channel 5 frequencies and one is FTV (Free to View) and the other FTA (Free to Air) and the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) only works with FTV version.

To access the other version you need to go to add programs and change first number with number keys on remote to 10.773 then next select H then select 22000 and then 5/6 and finally find channels and you will then get a list.

You can now select Channel 5 as well as some BBC channels.

Once done to view channels you have to press "Other Channels" not the normal EPG.

With a FTA box it auto found Channel 5 which was why I knew I should be able to select it.

If you have sky HD with the new EPG you can do a similar action and get ITV HD. Having said that, I've yet to find any ITV HD programme to watch other than the footie when it was on!!!
