Low Energy Downlighters

I'm looking to install low energy downlighters in my kitchen / dining room and was wondering if anyone could recommend a light fitting? It has to be fire rated, with chrome bezel.

Alternatively, has anyone used these and are they any good:

You what? Those lights are 230v mate.

I used standard Fire rated downlighters (white in my case), then fitted 78 LED bulbs, at 3.4w each.

They aint energy saving though. They are ugly halogen.

Ban-all-sheds - I've read with interest your comments on downlighters in other posts and I know your not a fan, but i'm intrigued to know why you questioned my comment about them having to be fire rated?
