Please give us a cheer on Sunday :D

As a small club, we did achieve great things whilst in the football league and did create some great footballers.

Joe Payne
Malcolm McDonald
I could go on.... but Ill be shot down in flames for any others mentioned I guess.

Ill leave it at that. RIP Luton and I hope we go out with a bang on Sunday.

Dave

EDIT: I did put another option on the poll, but I must have screwed it up.

Not a clue about their footie team, but there is a damn good burger van round by GSF and Autoglass.

Yes Joe.

Raddy Antic was a great player for the club.

Im a youngish supporter (34), so my idols were the Steins, Ricky Hill, Steve Foster, and later on Mick Harford, Ashley Grimes, Kingsley Black (I service his boiler now), Lars Elstrup , Roy Wegerle and saving the best till last David Preece and Les Sealey (RIP to them both)

Dave

I remember Kingsley Black from his Forest days. Lots of skill but scared to death of the crunching tackle.

I agree Joe.

Still a pretty boy and cutting it as proprty developer. Not a very good one at that. He is a qualified accountant but has no grasp of anything money-wise.

John Dreyer.... now there was a peoples player.

Up the Hatters...

I remember them beating my team, Liverpool, 4-1 back in the mid-eighties. I,m sure one of the Steins got a hat-trick.
Remeber the FA cup game played in snow against us as well with the orange ball.
And you wouldn't have wanted to pick a fight with Mick Harford - he was hard hard as nails apparently.

Well done the hatters. A great result and a great day out (apart from shuffling around on cruches! - see another topic)

Dave
