Lyons Shower Pan and Panels not fitting

I bought a pan and three piece direct to stud surround. My issue is the panels will not fit. I put the back panel in as stated in directions and add the side pieces. One side is snug and the other will not fit. Everything is level across and diagonals say it’s square. I pulled the one wall away to really see and it just seems the pan is too small or off.
