Hi @ianmcd no difference when holding "reset" for a long time.

Hi @gas112 I still haven't had a chance to check the condensate trap wire - it would fit with the troubleshooting guide

Hi @gas112 disconnecting the condensate trap wire doesn't make any difference.
The symptoms fit option B the best from the light fault troubleshooting.

i never told you that it was someone else try changing main sensor as i previously mentioned

Hi @gas112 The pressure switch has been changed, what do you mean by the main sensor?
