TV News & News Papers seem to have missed the start of the Tommy Robinson vs. Cambridgeshire Police trial.

Usually the press are on to any S.Y. Lenon (founder of EDL etc etc) like a shot.

It's online... mainstream press. Indie, Mail, Sun, BBC... so there isn't a blackout.

Let us know when you are out of your coma Tom(y)

Here you are.

It was hidden away on mainstream media. The BBC said:

"English Defence League (EDL) founder Tommy Robinson has lost his legal challenge claiming police harassed him.

Appearing in court under his real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, 36, was asked to move on from a Cambridge pub following a football match in August 2016.

He said Cambridgeshire Police had targeted him "because of his beliefs".

Judge Karen Walden-Smith said there was "no evidence that Mr Lennon was being treated differently because of his beliefs about fundamentalist Islam."

His harassment claim was heard at Peterborough County Court.

Sgt Paul Street, who asked Mr Yaxley-Lennon to move on from the pub, told the court he did not know what Tommy Robinson looked like and thought the name referred to an "'80s football hooligan".

He said he moved Mr Yaxley-Lennon on due to intelligence that he was a football supporter likely to cause trouble, and was with a group of other "risk" supporters.

Giving her judgement following a four-day hearing, Ms Walden-Smith said: "Mr Lennon isn't as well-known as he and his supporters may think."

Ms Walden-Smith ruled that all of his claims, including several under the Human Rights Act, had failed."

Yes, Yaxley-Lennon is a football hooligan, as well as a violent criminal, convicted fraudster and fake-passport traveller.

Will you be chipping in to help him pay the costs?

I see no mention he was with his two young children.. Or that the security and land lady both said he was no trouble as the rest of the fans in that pub.

I see no mention

perhaps you should read the mainstream media more carefully.

Since we're talking about a football hooligan with a prison record for violence, with a bunch of other noisy fans, you find it surprising that he was moved on. Of course you do.

I did see the footage.. No one else asked to move only Tommy with his 4 and 6 year olds

"Football hooligan with prison record for crimes of violence asked to move on"

Well that's a good headline, isn't it?

Was he and his children banned from Cambridge City Centre. Were all 3 banned from attending Luton games.

Why was he being asked to move on John

He's bad for business. No one wants him in their establishment. No normal people wish to associate with him.
He has even been banned from mainstream social media for spreading hate. Did you not know boddggddgg?

Have you seen the clip.. The landlady and security are telling the police he's no problem and they don't want him ejected....

You guessing aren't you

Maybe this will help you understand:

The police explain that there is a likelihood of violence. With his reputation what does he expect?
He refuses to accept the reason and is making a scene.
He gets as close as he dares to disrespect the police's enforcement action.

He was with his kids just having a drink
Yes I accept and agree with you. It will be similar to many black men getting pulled up when they have not done nothing wrong when the police pull them up.

Tommy Robinson has previous convictions for football hooliganism. He was in a football crowd, watching a football match.
The police had sufficient evidence to suspect that something might have kicked off if they had not intervened.
Completely different to "black men getting pulled up when they have not done nothing wrong when the police pull them up".
TR was a known and convicted football hooligan, watching a match, in a football crowd.

He was in a pub. They marched him to the train station... He didn't watch the game
