Majorelle/IKB paint

We're looking to get something like this colour for an internal wall (painting over lining paper):

Bristol Paint seem to have a suitable product, but I'm unsure whether it's suitable for internal lined walls. Price seems okay, not cheap but not ridiculous, given that the alternative is wallpaper at £30 a roll:

Any other options? There are similar colours out there, but they seem very plan and flat when they're on the wall, we're looking for something with a bit of lustre. Silk/gloss, or metallic paints maybe?

It's a lovely colour. No reason why it won't cover well on lining paper. The paper may pop out in pockets when it's wet but 95% of the time it pulls back in once it dries again.
