male / female conduit adapter. can you get larger than 25mm?

As title really, I'm looking for the below in a larger size something like 40mm would be ideal.

I haven't got any yet - this will be part of a cake stand that I've been tasked to make, and ideally I need the diameter larger than 25mm, but I can't seem to find anything.

32, 38 and even 50mm, although no wholesaler is likely to stock, and probably unwilling to order in a box to sell you a couple!

38mm & 50mm are standard sizes.

Thanks for all the help, I have found a 38mm female adapter, but can't yet track down a 38mm male.
