Mandate my ass as the late Gill scott heron said,some places got turn out's as low as 10-15%,for the comissioners vote does that mean some may be voted in by very small margins.

For the first time I didn't vote when given the chance............a political farce that resulted in two foreigners wanting to become pcc's in our area. I couldn't of cared less if they'd applied in JD's area though

I would have yoted for commisioner gordon,I would have had more idea what was on the table
