Is there anyway of getting a mark of a porcelain sink where someone has marked it by putting taps inside the sink and scratching the porcelain?.

Its a £350 brand new sink my daughter looked at the taps then put them in the sink and put a slight mark on. I was just wondering if there was any other way of getting it off.

I don't have any first-hand experience, but I would expect that one of the companies who claim to be able to repair enamel finishes would achieve a close colour match.

Give her a good clip round the ear and tell her to go and buy a new sink.

How about a bath rubber if it's is marked rather than chipped or scratched

John Lewis do something called and e-cloth but is not so effective. Google JML - if not I have a suitcase of the stuff somewhere, but the Missus might have burnt it in anger.. :o

Try the Bath rubber as "Newboy" said does work on some marks ,Try it on a bit where you cant see 1st .Think am not certain though got it from scratch fit direct

Bottle of Brasso and plenty of elbow grease as the brasso is a light abrasive with a polish built in.
This has got me out of problems with my titanium wedding ring marking steel baths.
