if you've not got a big red book, then what the hell are you doing testing, and furthermore, what are you comparing the installation against to ensure it complies with the regulations that you say it does by filling in a test sheet?
Someone (may have been r-r on Screwloose) said he had a few double-sided sheets which he laminated - one side had blank schedules which he filled in with marker pen or chinagraph as he went round, the other had key info like disconnection times, EFLI limits etc...
