Megaflo cylinder temp

How do I adjust the hot water temperature on my megaflo 210L?

The manual suggests it's calibrated to 60c from manufacturer and that the dial 1-5 is possibly the immersion.

Is this dial immersion or for the cyclinder. I don't know how to check it's at 60c ideally I'd like it a tad hotter so our hot water lasts longer. Mixer showers etc

I can only see 1 dial behind the grey cover and it's currently on 3, even the manual doesn't explain what the numbers are.

Storing gas heated water over 60 is inefficient and potentially dangerous.
