Hello

We have a Megaflo Eco Plus 300i installed almost 2 years ago and two of the ports (not sure if that's the right way) were left unused and they are dripping water. I am not sure if this is an installation fault or a defect with the cylinder. Below are two images of the leak:

I'm not sure if these have been correctly left unused, if something else should have been done or a it's a fault with the cylinder.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Cylinder needs draining down so these can be removed and re-sealed

As suggested, needs a drain down and a re-seal. If they are factory fitted (which they look like) then it could be a manufacturer call out, if the cylinder was benchmarked and has been serviced yearly.

As an unvented cylinder it is important that it is serviced every year, as your boiler would, that would possibly have caught this.
