I have moved into a new house had to do electric work turned of electric know my melcom st6100 alarm is flashing mains supply failure flashing orange
How to fix ? Please

Code and reset ?
If still flashing check you have power to alarm

Do I need a engineer I only turned the electronic of and it does look like the battery needs changing

From the information sparky posted,then you need a new battery.
If you feel confident you could change it yourself, open control panel,disconnect battery spade connectors, fit new battery to spade connectors, close panel code and reset.
If not then engineer required. Callout charge + battery.
