is that asbestos in there?

pulling the fuse out isnt enough to disturb it is it

Yep-asbestos flash pad. You wouldn't want to pull them out regularly as some exposure may occur. Do not treat exposure to asbestos lightly !

It more than likely will be. You should certainly treat it as though it is.

Yes, it is a low-risk, coated, non-'flakey' asbestos mat - and pulling the fuse isn't likely to 'disturb' it.

Just don't breathe in of 5 minutes, after pulling the fuse and you'll be OK.
