Mono Pitched roof, 2 leafs and gap

Hi,
I am building a shed with 2 leafs and need to put a mono pitch roof on it.
I have attached a diagram, and basically want to know;
Do i build up the outside in brick to meet the underside of the rafter or build up the centre insulation to the rafter and just close it in with sofit and bargeboard?

Advice, diagram or point me to a website please.

Use timber cradling with soffit and fascia.
