Skill is in making them look flush with the other tiles
Use a mosiac back board and carefully Pack the Adhesive ,push the mosiacs into place with a lump of wood
Clean out any adhesive very carefully in the mosiac grout lines
This is skilled and tedious part of the job ,but to get the desired finish it need to be done properly
