Hi,

Is it straighforward to move one of these? It's at an awkward height at the moment, if it was lower it could sit between the wall unit and base unit. Or perhaps if it was higher I could incorporate it inside a wall unit.

I can only see 1 wire coming out of the back, presumably to the FCU below it.

Thanks,

The i-on is mainly wireless, but there may be some connections to the bell box, phone line, internal speaker etc.

Do you have the engineer code for the alarm?

I only have the user code, not the engineer code. The previous owner did not leave it, perhaps the installer knows it (there's some paperwork that I think is from the installer)

I took the front cover off and can see there are 2 connections. The power one to the FCU and a white wire that goes through the wall to the key pad.

Removing the cover set the alarm off but it stopped when I swiped the token infront of the keypad.
