70mm between the front and back wheels? Is this a mower for a doll house?

Have you put a straight edge against the sides of the wheels?
Do any of the wheels rock or exhibit any play on their shafts? Are they all the same height on the adjuster? On flat ground does the mower sit such that all 4 wheels touch the floor?
Does it veer with the engine off as well as on? Have you tried seeing how it moves with the engine and blade set removed completely?

Can you exaplane / whats happening there then

On the face of it, the front wheels seem turned relative to the back ones

If all else fails, replace the front wheels with castors
