MR16 LED bulbs that fit existing

I want to replace my MR16 bulbs
I've had replacements in the past
These don't fit - the back is just tooo big
The ones I've seen available all seem to be of the same size

Are the 'standard' sizes available?
If not... can you make the whole bigger?
