There were two mugshots.

The first one, showing her face, is the one which the police would have kept for future identification purposes. That was done in the normal way.

But it seems that this woman wanted a different one to be released to the public, with her wearing a burka. Is that really a problem. I don't think it would have bothered me.

Let's say for the sake of argument, though, that she has been successful. And only the photo in the burka had been released to the press. Would you have been OK with that. I think I would be. But I am interested in discussing it and have an open mind.
