Multi tool petrol tank issue

Purchased a replacement carburettor and petrol tank for a true shopping petrol multi tool as it was leaking petrol.

No issue replacing carburettor however cannot get the 2 lower screws out to remove the petrol tank to replace it.

All other screws very easy to remove. Not tight at all.

These 2 remaining screws are very tight, almost feel like welded.

Managed to rotate them slightly but heads are now getting damaged.

Any ideas on how to get these out?

If WD40 doesn’t work you might have to carefully drill them out.
