We have stopped using it until we decide what to do. Any ideas?

This is not that kind of forum.
I presume the saniflo operated after the toy was introduced?
If its gone round the bend then its probably harnlessly become lodged in the tank.
The toilet pan will need to be removed and, after turning off the power so you dont risk having your fingers macerated, you will probably see it in the tank and be able to retrieve it.
If it was thin plastic it might have actually been macerated and disapeared out of the drain.
Presumably she did not like that particular toy!

my mates dad dropped a tiny cutting of 15mm acorn in his and choked it.
cleared it himself tho
