My HE18 Ideal Boiler has no power.What Can I do?

My 3 year old HE18 Ideal Boiler has no electricity at all and therefore I have no heating. I have changed 2 fuses but this has had no effect. I know that there is a fuse at the back of the boiler but can not get to this. Could any one help me in simple language to understand what is wrong?

if thers no display on boiler and you have replaced the fuse i would say the pcb is at fault.new one around 160 quid.
