Ceiling tile was sagging for a few months, leaking around it. Thought nothing of it as it felt quite solid when i pushed it. Yesterday it gave way and collapsed. It was an old plasterboard-ish tile. After it collapsed this junction box was left hanging, dripping wet. You can see the source of the water above, theres a gap where the roof concrete stops and the upstairs floor concrete begains. At this joint there is a wall, the base of which leaks when it rains. Also note the EM light full of water. Its worth noting this has probably stopped that ceiling tile coming to similar fate. I think the 3 cables and JB have been painted white at some time in the past, though a tide mark is clearly visible here:

Also in the 2nd pic, notice the white surface box on the next ceiling tile. Looks a bit suspect. New-style MK accessory mounted to it.

Some of the cables not related to this JB have been sitting in the puddle for some time, they are marked brown/beige from the water.

And finally, the cables in the JB are a 6mm² and two 2.5 or 4mm²'s. Go figure. I have no idea what they feed. Lighting is wired in rows L-R
