I'm in the process of repairing my tudor built house.

To cut a long story short we are now in the position to replace an awful lot of lath and plaster walling.

I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a nail gun that would fire the correct nails for this job?

Many thanks!

Ryobi one+ cordless? Otherwise try tacwise or rapesco models.

best bet would be a coil nailer. You will only want small nails in length, but with a decent head on them, that wont go straight through the lath. I use one for feather edge closeboard fencing. they normally hold a coil of up to 400 nails so you dont need to keep reloading it. I think axminster are doing one on offer at the moment.

Hi Thermo,

Which particular one were you thinking of?

Thanks

Why does it have to be lath and plaster?

It all looks the same when the emulsion is on

It's a Listed building, I'm replacing 'like for like'.
