Name for small self adhesive disk to cover screw heads??

Does anyone know what these are called or better still where I can buy? They're a 10-15mm dia self adhesive disk/circle made from pvc to cover screw heads - I need white, they're for covering the countersunk heads on a sub frame for plantation shutters. Just can't seem to find em on searches!

No, seen these, they're not what I was given before. They're literally a flat self adhesive disk which cover a variety of screw head holes to make good.
