Need a radiator pipe "kick plate"

Have 8mm OD (outside diameter) copper running between radiator and floor.
It's getting kicked and worried it's going to come apart.
Does a steel protector "kick plate" as outlined in drawing exist, or something similar.
Not worried that it looks ugly.
(Changing the pipework to more robust 15mm is not going to happen)
