Need help how to wired an new live connection for my front porch floodlight

Hi Guys
I am trying to install a new floodlight on my front porch, whats the best way to do it? as there is no live wire connection on my front porch AND HOW DO I WIRE a new fresh connection from my fuse box anyone please help me .

Oh dear,

If you have no idea, then your best course of action is to get a competent electrician in.
If you have no idea, then on NO account should you be even thinking of making ANY connection in your "fuse box". (PS, this is notifiable work so you'll need to involve your local authority amd pay them a couple of hundred pounds)
