need help with broken lock on double glazed door

the missus springs to mind 
do you mean the actual lock barrel?
there is nothing on the face plate where the handle is so I took that off and underneath that is just two screws, I cant undo one of them so im going to have to try playing with it tomorrow when its lighter.
I will post an update tomorrow for you if im looking in the right place, if not let me know.
