Need help with Trianco Aztec 9kw Electric Boiler

Hi.

Having a problem with the Trianco Aztec 9kw electric boiler. The Green LED light is on and the Amber light comes on for about 5 minutes then it goes out and although the thermostat is calling for heat, there is none. The red LED hasn't come on yet, so i'm a little confused. Anyone who has had experience with this,any advice would be great.
