Need water heater info please

Hi
I am currently renovating 2 old cottages turning them in to one large cottage.
There is a cold water supply in the bathroom of one of the cottages but no hot water supply.
There is no where in the cottage to fit an immersion heater (which I know would be the simple solution) so I am looking for info/advice as to how I can heat the water for the sink bath & shower.
It has to be electric as there is no gas supplyut
I was thinking maybe some type of inline water heater would be best but the few models I have seen are not suitable for a bath.
Can onyone please give me some help as to what the best solution would be.

Think you'll be needing an imersion heater.

There are various sizes and even wall hung ones. Ariston (yuk) did an 80 litre one.

Both hot water AND heating
