I own a NEFF built in single fan oven. The grill works, the fan works but it does not heat up. Was unable to cook my Christmas dinner can anyone help with a diagnosis. Thanks

duff stat, element or loose connection
You may have sorted your cooker now, but just in case you haven't. I had exactly the same problem with my Kenwood fan oven.
It turned out to be the heating element, whic cost me £34. It was fairly easy to change. If you have not fixed your cooker yet it may be worth checking out the element. If you have a multimeter you can check if it as gone open circuit or short circuit by checking the resistance across the two connections.
