we have a dual oven Neff in which the fan oven has developed an intermittent fault. sometimes it heats up, sometimes not. i have replaced the thermostat, but the problem carried on the fan comes on, and sometimes theoven comes on after a little while, but increasingly it doesn't heat up at all.
there is a multiway switch on the oven controller, is that the next place to look? how would i diagnose problems with it?
