Neighbour’s new roof not flush

I suggest looking at that mess next door you get your own party wall officer
as soon as possible, the fact that they haven't bothered which I'm pretty sure is
a legal obligation these days for that type of work tells its own story!

It could be they raised the roof to align with the flat roof, the ceiling height looks low in flat roof extension, looks a mess though.
 
Thanks for all replies about the dodgy roof.
Building control finally called me back.
He agreed it doesn’t look good.
He's going to contact the neighbour and inspect.

I just don’t have funds to appoint my own surveyor. Unfortunately party wall agreement is not a legal requirement.

when BCO is on site ask BCO for ther card. call bco 7.30 to 8'oclock to catch them in.
