I got a quote from BE which looked good but it looks like they are struggling as well?

There is no mention of BE in that report, which I could see.

My previous supplier's (Outfox) account suggests I am £164 in credit, but this morning they sent me an email complaining that my DD has been stopped can I set another up so they can take more money. I should coco.

When I left outfox it took months to return my credit.

Thanks, I didn't know that. I had best chase them up, to refund my over payment quickly..

I have just spoken to them about the email and to ensure I get my refund - email is sent out automatically as soon as they fail to take a DD, and they will be refunding by 14th December. They took my card details to send the refund back to the original account from which the DD was drawn.
