But the ULEZ is going to be cashflow positive, so it isn't costing the GLA any money, so it's not diverting it from knife crime programs. Which the GLA is investing in, I think there's a £6m program they're running at the moment to help reduce it.

And policing numbers are controlled by the government, so it has nothing to do with the GLA or the London mayor. I know you hate the mayor but blaming him for that is just odd.

Police numbers and ULEZ have no connection between them that I can see.

The Met police is being given more money by the mayor this year. How is it being slashed?

The GLA provides 30% of the funds, 70% is central government. Has the GLA been providing more or less funds since Khan was elected?

And you're not making sense, how do you think ULEZ costs disappear exactly? Are you claiming it's being stolen from the budget?
