I think the law changed in 1970s, so that is interesting.

The UK doesn't really have a satisfactory solution. (except to fit an induction charger base on the wall)


You can get a larger model with a shaver socket too, but they are double the price.

If your charge lasts for weeks, then it is recommend you charge it in a bedroom.

I know some of the older/basic models only last a few days, in which case have a look at this thread:

Ok, thanks, most helpful.

I presume the law changed for safety, so I'll put a sign up NO SHAVING IN THE BATH that should cover it ;)

I looked through my 'it may come in handy box' and found a tube for the light, cracked open the super glued shield, changed the bulb, now to get the new super glue off my fingers.

Does the rocker switch turn the shaver socket on and off ?

One on eBay starting at £3+3 if u want some spare parts
