And a Ferroli badge & the "back up" that goes with it. Transams Ravenheats are way ahead of these. After using the bathroom this morning the wife moaned at me " you didn't flush the bog, there's a great big steaming Ferroli in it"

The 38C gives 16 litres per min, that eliminates a hot water cylinder in the average house. Fantastic piece of kit.

Well if Hard work is promoting a Ferroli & has never seen one

I will suggest that the OP fits a "Warmhaus" combi. Might sound German but they are Turkish. State of the art combi by all accounts

stainless steel heat exc , 3 moving parts ;):)

28 Kw out put boiler can run 2 bathrooms at the same time;)

best after care in the industry ;)
