So I am in the process of buying a new build and one of the options is to have the bathroom tiled. To have the full bathroom tiled is one of the more expensive options that the builder is offering. I was thinking of getting my own tiler afterwards but am now thinking would this mean the bath etc would need to be removed to allow the tiles to go on or would a better option just be to tile around said items? Or would it be best to just have the builder do the tiling? Thanks for any advice

Bath does not require moving to tile but toilet does. If sink has pedestal then tiles need to be down first. I would leave it to the builder.
