Hi,
I have been in my new build since July 2018. I have had a woeful number of snagging issues. One of which was loose roof tiles. The builders have sent someone out twice to sort them out.
I returned home tonight to find the following in my back garden. Thank god it was the back as if it had been the front, it would have landed on my car.
I have taken a look at the roof again and can see various not level parts. It has not been windy today. This is starting to really bother me.
Is this normal for a new property?
Can anyone advise me on what I need to be asking the builder to do as clearly this isn't working. It was last checked about two months ago. Can't believe I am having more issues again. The piece that has embedded into my lawn isn't even straight. It looks as though odd bits have just been shoved in to fit gaps in the roof.
Thanks in advance.
