I am having plans for a two storey extension and the roof for the extension will be a gable roof this will join onto the existing roof of the main house which is a hip roof, this will form two valleys at the front and rear of the roof but my only concern is how the valleys will look or work when they meet the hip tile at the bottom of the roof.

Can`t see a question here, but surely the valley wont reach the existing hip, it will have dropped into hopper or down pipe before then as presume the hip will be on a soffit overhang and the valley will finish at brick work.?
